One of our California clients is seeking a Director for their Cardio Vascular Service Line.  This facility, located in beautiful Northern California, has just started a new heart program which is the only one in the county !  This is a great opportunity to be a part of the program from the ground up.  Enjoy a manager incentive package and potential for an accountability bonus at the end of the year with an employer that is known for its employee retention.  BSN is required along with Master's Degree in nursing, related healthcare field or business field.  Current CA RN license with 4 years cardio vascular clinical experience and 3-5 management experience.  This client is prepared to move quickly! 120+

MANAGER-CALIFORNIA

This same client is also looking for a Clinical Manager for their CCU/TCU.  The heart program will directly affect the CCU/TCU department so post cardiac surgery experience is preferred.  There are 16 ICU beds and 8 Telemetry beds.  The successful candidate will also receive the Manager Incentive Package. BSN required,  MSN is preferred, also preferred is CCRN.  Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an intensive care setting and 1 year management experience.  CA RN license and current AHA NRP cert. 110+

CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST-CALIFORNIA

Work in beautiful Northern California for an employer that is known for its employee retention!  Our client is seeking a CNS for their NICU with at least 3 years experience in neo-natal nursing.  At least one of those years must have been in a facility with a NICU that is equivalent to a Regional of Community NICU.  3-5 years education of clinical specialist experience with increasing scope of responsibility is preferred.

EDUCATION SPECIALIST-FLORIDA

Are you a Medical Technologist with an advance degree who is looking for something different?  This may be what you have been looking for! A client on the West Coast of Florida is seeking an Education Specialist for their lab.  Under the general supervision of the  Director/Manager/Vice President, designs, plans, and manages education projects and formal transition programs. Allign education goals with business needs and identified strategies of the hospital. Position establishes policies, procedure and professional guidelines, ensures the School of Medical Technology meets and maintains standards for accreditation by NAACLS and licensure by the state of Florida. Designs learning, delivers training, and facilitates organizational change. Position is responsible for the organization, administration, periodic review, planning and development, evaluation and general effectiveness of the school including supervision of the students both academically and professionally. Responsible for review and monthly reporting of Laboratory Quality Assurance and the monthly assessment and yearly review of the Laboratory Qualify Improvement initiatives. Responsible for the oversight of all divisional education activities.  Must be a Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist who holds a nationally recognized generalist certification, a Florida license in all 5 areas, and a Masters or Doctoral degree in Education, Medical Technology or related field. Also should have 3  years experience in clinical laboratory science education .

Director of Rehab is needed in Southern Arizona.  REQUIREMENTS: Certified Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist  with Arizona  licensure and 3 to 5 years experience. - Mon-Fri - maybe some weekends  Will pay for relo.

NURSE LEADER-ARIZONA

A hospital in Southern Arizona is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader for Intermediate Cardiac Care.  This is a full time NIGHT position.  2 years Cardiac experience is required with one year Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.  Current Arizona RN license, CPR and ACLS certifications.  Starts at $25.53/hr.

LEAD TECHNOLOGIST-FLORIDA
